Hi! My name is Kylie and I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
My passion for health and fitness began in my early teens. In 2010, I found my love for strength training, conditioning and gymnastics through Crossfit (now Caveman Strong). Day after day I was inspired by those around me to take control of my health. I walked in a quiet and timid teenage girl, and bloomed into a confident woman within a matter of months.
I got certified and began teaching group classes at Caveman Strong shortly after and have been coaching there for nearly a decade.
My nutrition interest sparked after being introduced to the Paleo diet early into my fitness journey. After struggling for years with an extremely weak immune system (frequent pneumonia), arthritis, circulation concerns, reoccurring ear infections, IBS, and hormonal acne, my symptoms were nearly cleared. I truly believed after seeing first hand that “food is medicine”. The exercise wasn’t the only piece of the puzzle for me, nor my clients. I decided it was time I understand my clients' symptoms and conditions better, so I can help them find the root cause and optimize their health through nutrition. I attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and graduated in 2017.
My areas of interest include fertility, prenatal and postnatal, weight management, and digestive health.
